1) Pay-Per-View and On-Demand

Access to live or on-demand video content is granted immediately after payment. As digital access cannot be returned, no refunds or exchanges will be issued, even if the event is not viewed.

2) Event Cancellations or Technical Issues

If an event is postponed or canceled by LiveRapBattles.com, affected customers will be contacted by email with options for credit, reschedule, or refund. We are not responsible for issues caused by the viewer’s internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party interruptions.

3) Unauthorized Purchases

If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity, contact support@liverapbattles.com within 24 hours of purchase. Verified fraud cases will be refunded to the original payment method.

4) Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of account access or future purchasing privileges.
