LiveRapBattles.com (“LRB,” “we,” “our”) provides access to pay-per-view streams, video-on-demand, and event ticketing. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced on this site, including the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be the age of majority in your region to purchase.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. Account sharing or resale is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
Prices are shown in the checkout currency and may include applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for any additional taxes required by your jurisdiction.
For Member Areas or PPV, access is granted after successful payment. We may verify transactions to prevent fraud.

4. Streaming Access & Use

Streams and VOD are for personal, non-commercial viewing by the purchasing account.
Rebroadcasting, recording, screen-capturing, restreaming, or sharing private links is prohibited.
Access windows: live stream at scheduled time; VOD availability typically 30 days unless otherwise stated on the event page.
We may use DRM, watermarking, session limits, or geo-controls to protect content.
Minimum tech requirements and reliable internet are required; performance depends on your device and connection.

5. Event Tickets

Tickets are valid only for the event, venue, date, and time listed. Venue terms and security policies apply.
We may impose purchase limits and cancel orders that violate limits, appear fraudulent, or are resold without permission.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds for digital streams or tickets except where required by law.
If a live stream is postponed, your access will transfer to the rescheduled date or to the published VOD window.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and revocation of access.
If a physical event is canceled, remedies (credit, exchange, or refund) will be communicated per event organizer policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Sharing login credentials or selling access.
Copying, recording, or redistributing any content.
Attempting to bypass DRM, paywalls, or technical protections.
Using bots or scraping to harvest content or pricing.

8. Intellectual Property

All site materials, streams, trademarks, and logos are owned by LRB or its partners and are protected by law. No rights are granted except limited personal viewing as described above.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LRB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages beyond our control (ISPs, CDNs, platforms, payment processors).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Ontario, Canada.
